1. Who we are
OakRocky is operated by 84 Ventures LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. "We," "us," and "our" refer to 84 Ventures LLC. "You" refers to anyone using oakrocky.com or buying from us.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Products
All OakRocky products are made to order. Embroidery colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen, and thread color and blank color can differ from the mockup images. Small variations in embroidery placement are normal and not considered defects.
Product images are representative. The hat you receive may differ slightly in shade or positioning.
3. Orders and pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed for resale without authorization, or contain a pricing or listing error.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Prices shown at the time of purchase apply to your order.
You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. See our Returns & Refunds policy for what happens if an order is undeliverable.
4. Shipping
Production takes several business days before shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we aren't responsible for carrier delays.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, though we'll help resolve lost shipments as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are your responsibility.

Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All OakRocky designs, wordmarks, logos, product photography, and site content are owned by 84 Ventures LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
7. No team or league affiliation
OakRocky is an independent brand. Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any professional or collegiate sports team, league, or organization.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, scrape or copy our content, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.
9. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 84 Ventures LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the site or violation of these terms.
12. Third-party services
We use third-party providers for payment processing, production, and shipping. Your use of the site may involve their services, subject to their own terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
